HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for taking appropriate legal action against accused/respondents No.4 to 10 on the basis of complaint dated 28.05.2022 (Annexure P-5) submitted to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Amritsar Rural, Amritsar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present case, the challan already stands presented and hence, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to avail all his pleas at the appropriate stage before the learned trial Court.
