Petitioner seeks direction to Senior Superintendent of Police, Fatehgarh Sahib to get fair and impartial investigation in case bearing FIR No.52 dated 06.07.2019 registered at Police Station Mulepur, District Fatehgarh Sahib for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 323, 148, 149, 508 of Indian Penal Code.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to represent to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Fatehgarh Sahib putting forth his grievance, which will be looked into and further required action will be taken in accordance with law.
