RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 praying for quashing of FIR No.0209, dated 21.10.2009, under Sections 395, 397 IPC, Section 398 IPC added later on, registered at Police Station Civil Line Batala, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur, Annexure P-1 alongwith all subsequential and consequential proceedings relating thereto arising therefrom on the basis of compromise. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioners to file afresh with better particulars. Allowed as prayed for.
