Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for directing the respondents to consider the petitioner eligible for the post of Lecturer in Physics, as she had completed her M.Phil in the year 2006 as per the UGC guidelines dated 14.06.2006 (P-7).

This Court while allowing CWP No. 22446 of 2021, titled as "Harmesh Singh and others Versus State of Punjab and others & other connected matters" vide order of even date; has quashed the Memo. dated 18.10.2021, Public Notice dated 19.10.2021 as well as 33 Advertisements (No.1/2021 to 33/2021) alongwith entire consequential selection process, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication on merits.
