*** AJAY TEWARI, J. (Oral) The present Criminal Writ Petition has been filed for extension of parole on the ground that the petitioner was granted 28 days' parole and on 20.11.2021 his wife has given birth to a baby boy. It is further prayed that there is no male member in the family to look after the child. We find that the child is now 20 days old and mother and other family members are there. Resultantly, we do not find this to be a fit case for extension of parole.

Petition is dismissed.
