CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the fact that petitioner did not opt for transfer, has been transferred. Petitioner also raised objection regarding same on MIS portal. He further submitted that petitioner has acquired knowledge that his objection qua transfer has been rejected. Petitioner approached this Court in September, 2019 whereas transfer order is dated 22.08.2019. It is too late to interfere in an administrative order, for, it would break entire cycle of transfers, neither there is impleadment of person, who has joined in place of posting where the petitioner was posted.

No ground for interference is made out.

Dismissed.
