The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 08.08.2024 (Annexure P-6) passed by respondent No.1 and order dated 12.02.2024 (Annexure P-3) passed by respondent No.3.

During the course of hearing, the parties have arrived at a consensus that a new/additional nakka be provided at point 'T' as shown in the site plan (Annexure P-7).

In view of the consensus arrived at between the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Authorities to provide a new/additional nakka at point 'T' as depicted in the site plan (Annexure P-7).

The site plan (Annexure P-7) shall form a part of this order. Let the necessary steps be taken by the concerned Authorities within a period of six weeks from today.

Keeping in view the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of accordingly. 7.
