(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, seeking quashing of the below detailed First Information Report (FIR), and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of the compromise dated 04.07.2025 (Annexure P-2), effected between the parties. Vide order dated 28.07.2025, the affected parties were directed 23.10.2023 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC, 1860 to appear before the learned Trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate, for getting their
-2respective statements recorded with regard to the compromise. 3.
Report dated 20.08.2025 has since been received from learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Rohtak, in pursuance to the directions of this Court wherein, the factum of the compromise arrived at between the parties stands verified and confirmed. As per the report compromise has indeed been effected between the parties and the same is without any pressure or coercion and out of their free will and the private respondents have also made statement to the effect that they would have no objection if the FIR qua the accused-petitioner is quashed.
