*** HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of an appropriate writ for directing respondent No.1 to adjudicate the appeal preferred by the petitioner titled as "Kajal Deshwal vs. Director General and others" bearing No. 15/2025 i.e. Annexure P-52.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if appropriate time bound directions are issued to respondent No.1 (Additional Chief Secretary to Govt. of Haryana) for deciding the stay application filed along with the appeal preferred by the petitioner.

On advance service of copy of petition,
appears on behalf of the respondent-State.

Learned State counsel submits that the stay application along with the aforesaid appeal filed by the petitioner are pending consideration NEERAJ 2025.07.31 12:53 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
(O&M) -- before respondent No.1 (Additional Chief Secretary to Govt. of Haryana). It is further submitted that in all probability the stay application filed along with the aforesaid appeal shall be decided by the concerned Officer/Authority within a period of four weeks from today, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned State counsel, submits that he does not intend to press the instant writ petition any further, at this stage. 6.
Keeping in view the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of accordingly. 7.
