On the last date of hearing, both the parties were present in person and upon briefly interacting with them, this Court found that the parties have, in fact, chosen to amicably resolve their issues. The matter was adjourned for today to enable the parties to draw up a written compromise. 2.

Today, learned counsel for the appellant has passed on a written compromise deed duly signed by both the parties, which is taken on record. Both the parties are also present in person along with their respective counsel and they have admitted the factum of having signed on the said compromise and have also expressed that they have gone through the terms and conditions mentioned in the compromise deed and shall abide by the same. In view of the aforesaid written compromise, which is duly accepted by the parties, who are present in person, the instant appeal is disposed off as withdrawn.
