SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.0106, dated 18.07.2022, under Sections 379, 34 of the IPC, registered at Police Station Sangat, District Bathinda.0 This Court vide order dated 14.10.2022, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 14.10.2022, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel does not controvert the said fact. However on instructions from ASI Som Parkash, he submits that further custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. In view of the above, the order dated 14.10.2022 is made MEENU 2023.01.25 17:57 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document.
