HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Grievance of the petitioner is that the physical possession of Plots No.1007 and 1008,Sector 101, Block-C in IT City Scheme (under IT200 Industrial plots), SAS Nagar has not been handed over to it, in terms of allotment letter dated 28.04.2022 (P.1) and allotment letter dated 13.05.2022 (P.2). In this regard, the petitioner has made representations (P.7 to P.9) but to no avail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case and without commenting anything on the merits of the case, present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to look into the said representation and take necessary action, in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks.
