SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 read with Section 439 Cr.P.C for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.116 dated 17.04.2019 under Sections 323,325,506 IPC (Sections 302,452,120-B,307 IPC added later on) registered at P.S Pinjore, District Panchkula. Learned State counsel points out that the petitioner stands convicted by the learned trial Court thereby rendering the present petition infructuous. Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
