**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 528 BNSS seeking issuance of directions to respondent No.3 to decide the representation dated 04.03.2024 (Annexure P-1) and further directions to respondent Nos.3 and 4 to initiate appropriate legal action against private respondents Nos.5 to 9 on the basis of said representation. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset wishes to withdraw the instant petition while submitting that the instant petition has been rendered infrutuous as FIR No.0072 dated 01.09.2024 under Sections 306, 380, 323, 147, 149 and 120-B IPC stands registered and a copy of the same has also been furnished by learned State counsel at the same time, which is taken on record.
In view of above, the instant petition is ordered to be dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
