In the present writ petition, petitioner is praying for issuance of a direction to the respondents to pay pension to the petitioner w.e.f. September, 1977.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that at this stage, he will be satisfied if a direction is given to respondent No.4 to treat the present writ petition as a representation and decide the same in a time bound manner. 3.
