RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of directions to respondent No.2 to take up, hear and adjudicate two revision petitions, i.e. ROR Nos.162/2023 (Annexure P-5) and 164/2023 (Annexure P-6) filed on 27.01.2023, as from the date of filing till today, the said petitions have not been taken up as respondent No.2 was not able to hold the Court and thus, stay applications filed alongwith the said revision petitions have not been heard.

Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition. Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
