Learned counsel would contend that the petitioner seeks exemption from typewriting test and annual increments for his service rendered for 6 years as Clerk. In this regard, a representation dated 21.07.2017, Annexure P-5 and legal notice dated 02.02.2024, Annexure P-6, have been submitted however the same have yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions, from the petitioner, prays that a direction is given to respondent No.3 to decide the same in a time bound manner. 2.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and has no objection to the limited prayer made.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to decide the representation dated 21.07.2017, Annexure P-5 and legal notice dated 02.02.2024, Annexure P-6 expeditiously, in accordance with law.
