Present petition has been filed under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr. P.C.') for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.132 dated 13.10.2022, registered under Section 379-B(2) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station, "D" Division, District Amritsar. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to earlier order dated 20.09.2023 passed by this Court, petitioners have joined the investigation and have fully cooperated in the same. 3.

Learned State counsel, as per his instructions from ASI Lakha Singh, submits that petitioners have joined investigation and in view of cooperation rendered by them, no custodial interrogation of petitioners are required.

In view of the above, since custodial interrogation of petitioners are no more required and they have already joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating officer, present petition is allowed.
