SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C is for quashing FIR No.89 dated 08.07.2016 under Sections 406,420,120-B IPC and Section 13 of Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act, 2014 registered at P.S Division No.4, District Jalandhar (City).

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the complainant has gone abroad and thus he seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to the parties move fresh petition as and when formalities are completed qua compromise.

Prayer is accepted.
