ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Matter was taken up for hearing on 15.03.2023, when none appeared on behalf of appellant and Registry was asked to issue notice to appellant as well as his counsel. Needful has been done, yet none appears on behalf of appellant.

It seems that by sheer effluxion of time and pendency of appeal for more than 10 years before this Court, either it has been rendered infrcutous or even otherwise, the appellant seem to have lost interest in pursuing the appeal.
