The petitioner apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above, has come up before this Court under Section 482 CrPC seeking issuance of directions to the respondent to serve him at least seven days advance notice in case, the State wants to arrest him.

State counsel at the very outset, on instructions submits that the petitioner is not an accused in any of the above mentioned FIRs. 3.

Given above, present petition is disposed of as having rendered infructuous. It is clarified that in case, the petitioner is arraigned as an accused in the said cases, he be given atleast one week notice to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
