(Oral) CM-17851-CII-2025 has been filed at the behest of the applicant/respondent, for placing on record the copy of compromise deed dated 24.08.2025 as Annexure A-1 and copy of acknowledgment documents, as Annexures A-2 and A-3, respectively. Keeping in view the averments made in the application, same is allowed and the requisite documents are taken on record. Main case In consonance with the arrival of compromise between the parties, counsel for the petitioner submits that in consonance with the possession having been handed over to the landlord, he does not want to pursue with the revision petition and the same be dismissed as withdrawn, being compromised.

Ordered accordingly.
