(ORAL) As per the status report dated 01.11.2019, learned State counsel submits that the cancellation report is likely to be filed. On the above said statement, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a protest petition in case cancellation report is filed. However, in case, cancellation report is not filed, then the State must complete the investigation within 60 days.

The present petition is disposed of having been withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
