The petitioner, by way of this petition, has prayed for transferring the investigation to SIT headed by IPS Officer. Since the investigation is already complete, challan stands presented and as apprised by learned State counsel, prosecution evidence is underway, no ground would, therefore, be made out for issuance of directions as prayed for.
