Admittedly, the petitioner, after having been ordered to be evicted in the proceedings, filed under the East Punjab Urban Rent Restriction Act, 1949, has filed the present revision petition. The petitioner assails the correctness of the order dated 16.11.2021, passed by the Rent Controller dismissing his application under Order VII Rule 11 CPC for rejection of the petition.

Once, the final order has been passed in the eviction petition, the revision petition is rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of as such.

The miscellaneous application(s) pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
