By this order, two revision petitions i.e. Civil Revision No. 6013 and 6014 of 2019 shall stand disposed of. 2.

On 23.09.2019, the following order was passed: "Learned counsel for the revisionist states that though the revisionist, who is judgment debtor before the Executing Court, has been appearing through his counsel but even then DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2022.05.13 10:56 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Civil Revision No. 6013 of 2019 AND Civil Revision No. 6014 of 2019 the Court has directed his personal appearance and to procure the same, his non-bailable warrants of arrest has been issued. He submits that the revisionist is ready to appear in the Executing Court. The next date of hearing fixed before the Executing Court is stated to 03.10.2019.

Notice of motion be issued to respondent Nos.1 to 8 through their counsel in the trial Court, namely, Sh. S.N. Sharma, Advocate, District Courts, Faridabad for 18.11.2019. In the meanwhile, it is directed that the revisionist Raunak Aggarwal would appear in the Executing Court on 03.10.2019 and on furnishing of adequate bonds/surety to the satisfaction of the Executing Court, he would be released. In the meantime, operation of arrest warrants issued against revisionist/petitioner-Raunak Aggarwal shall remain stayed. Photocopy of this order be placed on the connected file". 2.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner is regularly appearing before the Executing Court.

In view of the aforesaid facts, no further order is required to be passed. Hence, both the revision petitions are dismissed. (Anil Kshetarpal) Judge May 11, 2022 "DK"
