Learned counsel for the appellants as well as learned State counsel have submitted that this appeal is covered by the decision given by this Court in R.A. No. 99-CI of 2014 in RFA No. 4241 of 2006 decided on 27.2.2015.

Accordingly, this appeal is disposed of in terms of the decision given by this Court in R.A. No. 99-CI of 2014 in RFA No. 4241 of 2006 decided on 27.2.2015. However, appellants will not be entitled to receive interest and other benefits for the intervening period of 2842 days (i.e. due to delay in filing as well as re-filing the appeal).
