(Oral) At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that the petitioner would be satisfied if the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 - Deputy Commissioner, Kurukshetra, to consider the representation dated 26.8.2021(copy Annexure P-20), submitted by the petitioner to him and to take necessary action in the matter, in a time bound manner. Keeping in view such request made by learned counsel for the petitioner and in order to avoid unnecessary litigation and to enable the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner and then to take appropriate action, if need be, the present writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 - the Deputy Commissioner, Kurukshetra, to consider the representation dated 26.8.2021 BANITA CHUGH 2021.12.21 16:00 I agree to specified portions of this document

CWP No. 25360 of 2021 -2- (Annexure P-20) submitted by the petitioner, as per law, rules, regulations and instructions on the subject and if some action in the matter is warranted, then the needful be done in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. A detailed speaking order in that regard be passed, copy of which be sent to the petitioner as per registered AD Post. It is observed that in case the petitioner still feels dissatisfied after disposal of her representation, then she may approach the Court again in accordance with law for redressal of her grievances.
