The instant appeal under Clause X of the Letters Patent has been filed by the appellants against the interim orders dated 05.07.2023 and 23.08.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge. 2.

Keeping in view the fact that now the case of the appellants for pension can be considered after submission of closure report by the CBI, the present appeal stands disposed of and order dated 05.07.2023 is modified to the extent that the case of the petitioners i.e CWP No. 10423-2023 be listed at motion stage for 14.02.2024.
