(Oral) Today, learned counsel representing respondent No.2 has informed that the matter already stands amicably resolved amongst the parties and that pursuant to the compromise effected amongst the parties, a petition for quashing of FIR in question was filed in this Court i.e. CRM-M-48936-2023, which stands accepted vide order dated 18.01.2024 and the FIR in question i.e. FIR No.25 dated 06.02.2019 registered at P.S. Tarsikka, District Amritsar, under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC has been quashed.

In view of the aforestated position, the instant petition filed under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C. has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
