RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of order dated 04.01.2022, Annexure P-2, passed by learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Gurugram, vide which vehicle of the petitioner has been ordered to be seized and order dated 31.03.2022 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gurugram, vide which application filed by the petitioner has been dismissed in case FIR No.472, dated 10.12.2021, under Sections 13(1),13(2) of the Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan Act, 2015, registered at Police Station Bilaspur, District Gurugram.

After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to seek his remedies before the competent authority in accordance with the provisions of Section 17 of Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan Act.

Allowed as prayed for.
