 H.S. MADAAN , J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the appellant has stated that in view of settlement arrived at between the parties through National Lok Adalat, Ferozepur on 14.12.2019, the agreed amount has since been paid to the claimant by the appellant and the execution application filed by the claimant has since been disposed of as fully satisfied by Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Ferozepur, therefore, this appeal has become infructuous and it be disposed of accordingly.

In view of such statement by learned counsel for the appellant, the appeal is dismissed being infructuous.
