(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.68 dated 17.08.2019 under Sections 354D, 376, 450, 506 IPC registered at Police Station Women Police Palwal, District Palwal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 25.09.2019 of this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation and also deposited a sum of Rs.10,000/- with the Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma Post Gradutate Institute of Medical Sciences (PGIMS), Rohtak. He has produced a photocopy of the receipt dated 27.09.2019 in Court, which is taken on record.

Criminal Misc. No. M-41138 of 2019 -2Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Pushpa, does not dispute the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and submits that custody of the petitioner is no more required. I have heard learned counsel for the parties. Considering the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation and his custody is no more required, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 25.09.2019 is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when directed by the investigating agency and shall abide by the terms and conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
