(ORAL) Prayer in this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No. 151 dated 03.06.2012 registered under Section 36(1) of Punjab Apartment and Property Regulation Act, 1995 at Police Station City Ferozepur, District Ferozepur and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, qua the petitioner. Heard.

Since, disputed questions of law and facts are involved in the present petition which requires appreciation of evidence and can only be done by the trial court. Therefore, the petitioner is relegated to trial court with liberty to raise all the pleas, which have been raised in the instant petition, if he, so desires.
