       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.194 dated 30.06.2019, registered under Sections 307, 365, 395 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station Kasola, District Rewari.

Vide order dated 13.12.2021 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jitender Kumar, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
