AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Vide order dated 19.05.2014, the matter was sent to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court for amicable settlement between the parties.

As per report of the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, both the parties have settled their dispute by way of an amicable settlement, which is placed on record.

The said compromise dated 13.11.2014 is not disputed by the learned counsel for the respondents.

In view of the aforesaid, the present regular second appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise dated 13.11.2014 arrived at between the parties before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. The said compromise shall form a part of the order. Disposed of.
