The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to the official respondents to produce the record of investigation carried out in FIR No.42, dated 01.12.2018, registered under Sections 177, 420 and 34 IPC at Police Station Block Majari, District SAS Nagar and also to appoint SIT.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Pawan Kumar submits that the challan is pending approval and shall be presented before the Court of competent jurisdiction within a period of one month. 4.

The aforesaid satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5.
