The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to issue Letter of Intent for Retail Outlet Dealership.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already complied with all the instructions of the respondents, nevertheless, respondents have not issued LOI in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner belongs to Scheduled Caste category and as per instructions issued by Government, the respondents are duty bound to take a lenient view. The grievance of the petitioner, at this stage, would be redressed if respondents are directed to decide her legal notice dated 15.06.2023 in a time bound manner.
