Haryana. **** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this petition, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.222 dated 04.09.2019, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 341, 326, 307 and 506 IPC, at Police Station Sadar Narwana, District Jind, along with all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 19.09.2022. Since, the injury attributed to the petitioners is on the vital part of the injured and entails the offence under Section 307 IPC, the FIR in question cannot be quashed on the basis of compromise. Dismissed.
