Present fourth petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.73 dated 20.05.2021, under Section 302 read with Section 34 (Section 120-B added subsequently) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Sadar Rewari. 2.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, wishes to withdraw the present petition, "at this stage". 3.
