(ORAL) By way of filing the present revision, challenge has been laid to the order dated 07.09.2021, whereby the Family Court, Barnala, has enhanced the maintenance only qua the minor from Rs.5000/- to Rs.13,000/- per month, whereas no enhancement has been done qua petitioner No. 1-wife.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners on instructions submits that the respondent had committed suicide. He further submits that DDR No. 22 dated 10.06.2022, Police Station Bhadson, District Patiala (Missing Person Report), was also registered to the effect that the respondent was missing for the past 11⁄2 years. Thus, he submits that the instant revision petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of, as such.

In view of the above, the instant revision petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
