(ORAL) CM-6385-CI-2014 Application has been filed for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased-appellant No.3 Ram Rakhi. It is stated that the said appellant had expired on 17.01.2014 leaving behind his legal heirs as mentioned in para No.2 of the application, who are stated to be the only legal heirs of Parveen Kumar 2019.02.
RFA No.3816 of 2014 (O&M) -2deceased appellant. It is further stated that there are no other legal heirs of the deceased-appellant except ones mentioned in para No.2 of the application.
Accordingly, in view of the averments made in the application, duly supported by affidavit of Sat Pal son of deceased-appellant, same is allowed subject to just all exceptions. Legal heirs as mentioned in para No.2 of the application are brought on record and permitted to pursue the present litigation only. It is made clear that the present order will not be liable to be taken into consideration in any other set of proceedings. CM stands disposed of.
