(Oral) This petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari for quashing the impugned order of recovery passed by the Director Elementary Education, Haryana, dated 29.12.2020, Annexure P-6, qua point Nos.2, 3 and 4, and the subsequent order dated 31.03.2023. 2.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the instant petition can be disposed of in terms of the order dated 21.03.2023 passed in the connected writ petition, CWP No. 26715 of 2018, titled Alok Kumar and others v. State of Haryana and others, whereby the respondent Department has been restrained from effecting any recovery till decision of case, CWP No. 12052 of 2019, titled Samunder Singh and others v. State of Haryana and others. 3.

Ordered accordingly.
