(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.0078 dated 23.06.2024 registered under Sections 498-A and 304-B IPC at Police Station Sri Anandpur Sahib, Rupnagar, District Rupnagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been discharged by the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sri Anandpur Sahib, vide order dated 26.11.2024 and as such, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
