CM-2330-C-2019 This is application for placing on record copy of compromise dated 19.01.2019 as Annexure A-1.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the matter has since been amicably settled vide compromise (Annexure A-1) and seeks permission to place on record the same.

Request allowed. Compromise Annexure A-1 is taken on record subject to all just exceptions.

RSA-1205-2013(O&M) -2copy of which has been placed on file as Annexure A-1. As per the compromise, appellant has left her share in the suit property after receiving due compensation for it and in view of this compromise, appellant does not want to proceed further with the appeal.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent endorses the submission of learned counsel for the appellant. In view of submission of learned counsel for the parties, the application is allowed and main appeal (RSA No.1205 of 2013) is taken on board for hearing today itself.

RSA-1205-2013 Dismissed as per compromise (Annexure A-1), which shall be read as part of this order.
