The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the judgment dated 13.09.2017 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Karnal, whereby respondent No.1 was granted a lump sum compensation of ₹25,000/- and further stood entitled to ₹5,000/- per month as rent for alternative accommodation under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. 2.

In view of the judgment dated 25.10.2024 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CR-3407-2024, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
