The petitioner through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C is seeking quashing of criminal complaint No.2536 of 2014 dated 09.09.2014 under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and Section 420 of IPC and summoning order dated 01.02.2019 (Annexure P-2) whereby learned JMIC, Jalandhar has summoned the petitioner.
