This petition is filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of Panchnama dated 6.4.2018 (Annexure P-2).

At the outset, learned counsel for the Revenue states that he has been informed that in case the petitioner is ready to give a bank guarantee, in accordance with instructions dated 21.1.2019, the seized material would be released forthwith.
