(Oral) Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail pending trial in case FIR No.188 dated 07.09.2018, under Section 22/61/85 Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station City Ferozepur, District Ferozepur. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that against the abovesaid FIR, the petitioner has erroneously filed two petitions and this being the subsequent petition, he does not press the same. Dismissed as not pressed.
