(Oral) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is for issuance of a direction to respondent Nos.1 to 4 to register FIR under the relevant sections against respondent Nos.5 to 18 and then investigate the matter in a free, fair and independent manner.

During course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner had moved a representation dated 18.06.2025 (Annexure P-1) before respondent No.3, but no action on the same has been taken till date and he would be satisfied, if respondent No.3 is directed to look into and decide the said representation. Notice of motion.

Mr. Navdeep Singh, DAG, Punjab, accepts notice and submitted that has no objection if the aforesaid representation dated 18.06.2025 (Annexure P-1) is looked into.
